HOW IT WORKS:

Initial Consultation With Shawn

Begin your fitness journey with an initial 15 minute consultation where Shawn will go over your goals, lifestyle, and personal challenges. Based on these answers, I can make a customized program that will fit your needs. You will also get access to my email address only made for online coaching. Depending on the package you choose, you would either have a check in coaching call or email check in weekly to see how you are doing.

WHAT YOU GET

Personalized Diet Plan

Based on the question list you fill in, I will create a tailored diet plan for you. Keeping in mind your daily calorie intake and foods that you want to avoid. You can browse different recipes and swap meals creating a balanced approach to fuel your body for training to achieve optimal results.

Personalized Training Plan
Designed to fit your life whether you're exercising at home or the gym. If you have any injuries or exercises you can't do, I will make sure you can work around it. Workout plans are built for progress and adaptability with videos to show the correct way of movement & form during exercises.

Weekly Check-ins With Shawn

Stay motivated and on track with weekly check-ins with Shawn. Depending on what program you choose, you will either have a weekly coaching call/video or audio, or weekly email check-ins. These allow for adjustments to your plan as needed and off you the encouragement to keep you moving forward.

Online Training Isn't For Everybody

You have to be self motivated, organized and disciplined. You do however get unlimited support and guidance you need throughout. Once you get in the routine of checking-in with me weekly, your progress, results and life goals will flourish as far as you wish to take them.
