IN-PERSON 1:1 AND SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS FOR PEOPLE IN THE ARCADIA, PASADENA AREA

 

The purpose of personal training is to feel more energetic. Exercise stimulates your body, forcing it to adapt and make changes, helping you not only look fitter on the outside but have more energy naturally on the inside.

 

Expert Personal Training will improve your quality of life by giving you the fitness and the energy to play with children, enjoy outdoor sports, and feel fresh after a hard day’s work. The fitter you are, the more of life’s joys you can experience.

 

Our training programs are designed not only to help you learn correct exercise form, but also to help you improve your strength, lose weight if needed and create a quality of life you can enjoy. This way your confidence will soar, your body will feel and look amazing and there won't be anything you can't achieve with dedication and commitment.. 

 

You can work with me individually or in a small group (up to 4 people per group) with like-minded people. The goal of these services is to help you acquire the knowledge, learn the skills and create habits that will equip you for everyday life.

My philosophy focuses on consistent exercise and nutrition which are custom to your individual needs, lifestyle and goals. By teaching my clients how to eat right, and by making workouts tough but fun, I will continues to help improve your quality of life and overall health through exercise and nutrition with focus on achieving long-term results through challenging and constantly varied workouts.

In Person 1 on 1 or Group Training

 

In person training is an amazing way to gain muscle, manage your weight, reduce stress and increase self esteem. I will put you through an intensive, rigorous weight lifting, cardio drills, core work and stretching. As well as specialty exercises such as plyometrics, agility training and sled work.

 

I work with a select number of clients on a one to one basis at Fitness Factor, a state of the art facility in Arcadia, California. This is perfect for clients who need a focused, in person approach to training, who value their time, privacy, and want to avoid overcrowded gyms.

 

I have experience working with men and women interested in general fitness, reducing body fat, gaining lean muscle mass, total body transformations, contest prep and more!
