My name is Shawn James, and I am a Fitness Lifestyle Coach. I help men and women to achieve their dreams, discover their purpose, improve their confidence, start a business, improve personal health & fitness, maximize time management, set & achieve their goals, get past difficult life challenges, lose weight, gain muscle, regain balance in all areas of your life and become a peak performer in whatever field you choose to be in.

I love helping people and sharing my knowledge built up over my career, whether it’s in the gym, at a seminar, or online. I want to inspire and motivate people of all ages and share the importance of the consistency needed in both training and nutrition.

 

I specialize in both online training/coaching and a busy one on one personal training schedule in Arcadia, Ca. I can help you get the results you want - regardless of your fitness goals and experience level. Regardless if you are in Arcadia, Pasadena or across the world, it's time to put yourself in the hands of a professional who lives this lifestyle day in and day out.

 

I will coach anyone who has a sincere desire to overcome their fears and limiting beliefs (known or unknown) to make their greatest dreams, goals & outcomes become a reality.

 

At this point in my life I am living my dream. Most of my time is spent improving myself and my clients, whether that’s in the gym or learning something that will add value into me and my clients lives. I want to help you live your dream, I want you to add value to your life, I want you to feel healthy and confident in yourself. I am passionate about helping people achieve lasting results and build habits that will keep them healthy for a lifetime and to help people achieve their best physiques possible.

 

I have over ten years experience working as a personal trainer, learning not just how to create amazing physical transformations, but also to help create sustainable health habits. These important habits allow those on my training programs not only to achieve their ideal body, but to also foster a healthy energy and vitality that makes any task in life easier to accomplish..

 

My mentality is very much to stay dedicated to a goal and, if I want something, I will see it through to the end.

 

I have experience working with men and women interested in general fitness, reducing body fat, gaining lean muscle mass, total body transformations, contest prep and more!
